We regularly recruit SLEs, please contact the Transform Team [link to email enquiry] to discuss how you become an SLE. Transform provides ongoing support to SLEs, which includes networking, coaching and bespoke development opportunities.
Commissioning an SLE
SLEs develop the leadership capacity of individuals and teams, using coaching or facilitation that draws on their knowledge and expertise in their specialist area. A bespoke tailor-made solution is devised in partnership with schools and will contribute to improving outcomes for children.
SLEs will also be deployed to support research and programme development.
