Developing coaching within our schools, to build leadership capacity and add value to classroom practice is central to the principles of the Great Coaching CPD Group.
Our programme has been developed to support a move towards a coaching culture within our member schools as a means to encourage staff to think differently about the challenges they face and manage their work in a positive, pro-active and supportive way.
